Closing Your Premium Bandai Account
If you wish to close your PREMIUM BANDAI account, please follow the instructions below on how to close it via My Page.

Please note that you will be unable to close your account under the following circumstances:
・You have orders that have yet to be delivered.
・It's currently within 14 days of your last delivery (even if all ordered items have been delivered).
If you're unable to close your account due to the circumstances above, please wait until you become eligible.
