To change your shipping address after ordering, go to My Page. Under the “My Orders” heading, click “Order History,” select the corresponding order, and edit your shipping information.
Your new shipping address must match the country of the Premium Bandai site you are using—e.g., if you originally ordered an item from the French version of Premium Bandai EU, you cannot have it delivered to Germany or elsewhere; it can only be shipped to another location within France.
*Currently, we only deliver within mainland France. (This does not include French territories, enclaves, outlying islands.)
*We do not deliver to hotels.
You can check the deadline for editing shipping information in your “Pre-ordered Product Estimated Shipment Date Notification” email from Premium Bandai.
