Members may cancel or return goods (exercise the right of withdrawal) for any reason within 14 days from the date of physical possession of the goods by the member or a third party designated by the member (excluding delivery companies).
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, please inform us that you will “exercise the right of withdrawal”.
The preferred method of informing us is to use the content of the prescribed form (the “Form Template” below).

Alternatively, you will be required to give us notice of your “desire to withdraw” within the period for exercising the right of withdrawal.
After giving us notice that you are exercising the right of withdrawal, you will be required to return the item to us within 14 days or present to us a certificate showing that you have completed the return procedure.
Our shop will issue a refund within 14 days after we have confirmed that the item has been returned or that we have been presented with such a certificate.
*You must pay for the return shipping.
