If you find that the specifications of the product you received do not match what you ordered—or if you receive any incorrect items—please provide us with clear, close-up photos of the defective parts/items. Please include photos of the front, rear, left, right, top, and bottom of the product along with photos of the packaging. Send these photos, together with the order information and a detailed description of the problem, to Premium Bandai Customer Service within thirty (30) days of receiving the product.
*The photo that you saw of the product while placing an order may be that of a prototype. For this reason, the specifications of pre-order items or products not-yet-in-stock are subject to change.
Please keep in mind that the color, shade, or texture of the item you see on your screen may differ from that of the product you receive.
